Article relating to the effects of benzodiazepines when mixed with alcohol -OR- an article that details the FDA's approval process for approving prescription or OTC drugs.

Specifically, students will each be required to provide a brief overview of the following items regarding the topic: 1. Name of Article and newspaper or magazine from which the article was taken along with the year, month (and date if appropriate) article was published. 2. Synopsis of the article and what they found relevant about it as it relates to the topic (s) being covered in the week the article is presented. (1-2 paragraphs) 3. What value did they get out of the topic and what would they encourage the writer/author of the topic to examine next given what was discussed in the article. (1- 2 paragraphs) Grading will be based on the quality of the student's posted thread and completion of the required two responses. Each week the article selection and discussion board po
