As a group, look over the example Discussion Rubric provided for in this Lesson. Discuss and decide together if you want to add, delete, or change any of the criteria. Then, vote on which project your group would like to do. After the discussion, score a member of your group on his discussion performance and have someone else score you, both using the Discussion Rubric that you have made. The next step is to look over the criteria for the Giving and Following Directions Rubric. Either obtain or write a procedural document of a task pertaining to your project. Have another group member read the procedures to you so that you may follow the procedures just by listening, asking questions, and performing the task. Then, you will read the procedures to another team member and answer that person's questions so that person may comprehend your speech and perform the task. You should be able to explain to that group member how to perform the task. Then, a group member will score you on the Giving and Following Directions Rubric.
