As a group you are to create a position within a company- example, Sales Manager and create a Job Performance Plan It should be no longer than 3 pages. Your assignment should be in two sections- Objective and subjective. Have at least 3 categories under Objective and 3 categories under Subjective measures. Use the slides as examples. Use BARS, BOS etc. I encourage you to research Job Performance as a team and use as much material at your disposal (think outside of the slides)
