As a MANAGER you will work with groups above and below you in the "rank" or position structure. Assume you are heading up a project to benefit your organization. You must bring in personnel from different levels within the organization to work on this project. Do you believe differences within the group can benefit the overall outcome of the project or do you believe it would hinder the outcome? What factors would contribute either way? Could there be lasting affects within personnel after the projects concludes and how can that be avoided?
