As a part of our program assessment process we ask all students to author final reflection paper that shares insights, lessons learned, and recommendations for the courses in the program. Instructions: The paper should be structured so that each course is evaluated, and the reader can easily assess which course is being discussed.

For each course, we ask for a general overview of the course and the course experience, any lessons learned or insights that you would like to share, and any recommendations you might have for those courses.

Please include how the program has or will help you with the achievement of your personal goals. This reflection paper is due at the end of the course but should be started and perhaps worked on throughout, as time allows so that it represents a thoughtful evaluation of the program. Requirements:

Submit a Word document in APA format.

The general form of the reflection paper is up to you. o However, keep in mind that the structure as well as your comments should be presented in a professional manner. o You may elect to have an overall program introduction/overview, cover each course in a couple of paragraphs, then close your reflection paper with a conclusion, recommendations, as well as how you will plan to use the program in your career development/advancement.
