You are to prepare a 3000 word Business Report in response to a request from the commercial director of the company you are employed. The report must contain current information from the last two years and include an analysis of the business environment, a discussion of the companies structure and culture, relevant stakeholders and conclude with recommendations for the future sustainability of the company.
