As a result of the study you designed, you and your research team sampled Alzheimer's Association-affiliated caregivers of dementia patients who received services within the last six months. Using Qualtrics, you administered 300 surveys to a stratified random sample of child and spouse caregivers, asking them about themselves and their stress levels (using the Perceived Stress Scale). After a month-long follow-up, you have received back 97 surveys for a response rate of 32% - not too shabby! Now it's time to look at the data to determine trends and possible relationships. Develop results for the prompts shown using the SOCW 3600 Collaborative Challenge #2 Database (make a copy for analysis) and the code book below. Use the analysis functions found in Excel to analyze (this will be reviewed in class).

1. Identify the level of measurement for each variable (please note that Case ID is not a variable but a case identifier for each respondent).

2. Calculate the mode, median, and mean (as appropriate for each variable).

3. Calculate the range and standard deviation for all ratio-level data.

4. Develop a narrative on descriptive results, including an interpretation of the meaning of standard deviation.

5. State acomparative research question and possible hypothesis using this data set. What would be used to test the hypothesis?
