As a senior project manager, you have been requested by your leadership team to develop methods to enhance your organization's overall emotional intelligence. You are to submit a white paper for them that discusses the following.

First, assess and discuss your organization's existing level of emotional intelligence in the workplace. Second, discuss the relationship between emotional intelligence and your organization's readiness for change. Evaluate your organization in terms of its readiness for change based upon what you perceive as its current level of organizational emotional intelligence. Third, based on this evaluation, as well as understanding that all organizations are capable of improvement, develop and propose a minimum of five recommendations that could be implemented to enhance the emotional intelligence and change readiness in your workplace. Prepare the topics that you will cover based on your required readings and additional research.

Support your plan with at least four scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
