As a student, I have many goals that I want to achieve. To reach the working position I want, I should be motivated to do so. Motivation is a behavior that is achieved with a stimulus that makes you desire to do or stop doing a specific behavior. I want to be a business woman like my father, and he is the reason that I am motivated. To be successful, I have to do multiple jobs to understand the system of my dad's business.

I was 12 years old when I first started to work. I used to work as a salesman in my dad's supermarket and after one year he took me to his office and showed me an accounting of our firm. At first, I didn't like working. I took a different prospective about this job position. I thought that I wasn't doing anything effectively and preferred hanging out with friends. Later I understood the point my dad was trying to make. He was trying to implement to me the working habit so I would be prepared for my future. I had a bad perception of work, and I wasn't motivated to go to work. After I realized the point my dad was trying to make a dealt with the situation and started to enjoy work.

Now I work as an assistant manager and the past experiences I had taught me that you should always find motivation for the job effectively. I was patient and for the moment I am happy with the knowledge I have and I think that I will be learning how to behave in many other situations.
