Highlight the specific range of cells and click on the button for conditional formatting. Input a formula to check if the data passes $60\%$ and format it with a green background. Add another rule for those below $60\%$ to red.

Highlight a specific range, right click and click on $[$Formatting$].$ Type the passing score when prompted and choose the colors for the passing data and failed data.

Apply a formula to each individual cell where if it goes over the passing mark, it displays "Passed" or "Failed". Then go over the table and change the background of the cells with "Passed" to green and those with "Failed" to red.

Check each value of the final grade. For those at $60\%$ or above, change the background of the cell to green. For the rest, change the background to red.
