As a team decide the sequence in which you will complete the deliverables throughout this semester. To begin, review chapter 1 and A of your textbook and pay particular attention to the SDLC phases and what they include.

Next, decide which deliverable (pages 3 and 4 of the Theater Project) belongs in which phase of the SDLC. This will require some discussion because some of the deliverables could overlap two different phases of the SDLC.

Next, map deliverables 2 through 21 to the following 5 SDLC phases: Planning, Analysis, Design, and Development, Implementation. We will NOT develop the system, so you will NOT have any deliverables in the Development phase.

Once you have the deliverables matched to each phase, break-up Planning, Analysis and Design into two sets that can be completed over two different weeks. Since there are 20 deliverables, it is necessary for you to break them up into two sets for each phase. For example, Planning set 1 will have some of the planning deliverables, and the remainder will go Planning set 2. You must do this so that your team's workload is manageable. Try to balance the deliverables between set 1 and 2. For example, if you decide that planning has 7 deliverables, 4 could be in set 1 and 3 could be in set 2. To accomplish this correctly, think about dependencies between these activities. For example, you cannot analyze requirements until you have met with users and asked them what they want you to build.

Create a Word document that shows which assignments belong to which set. Match all 20 assignments (2-21) to the following 7 sets. You must use the SDLC in our book to help you decide the sequence! Chapter 1 provides a great over view, so please start there. DO NOT refer to deliverbles by name alone. Make sure you use assignment number and name. I completed the 1st Set of Planning Deliverables to show you what is required.
