Ascertain what happened in this case, both as to the criminal charges that were filed against Bertuzzi in British Columbia and as to the civil case that was filed by Moore against Bertuzzi. Was the handling of this incident of violence consistent with what you learned in this chapter?
3. Assume you are an athletic director at a high school. Research the laws regarding hazing in your state and describe a memorandum to your coaches explaining the legal ramifications of allowing hazing. Develop a policy regarding how your athletic department will try to prevent hazing among your teams and athletes.
