As an administrator I think about are timelines being met, what forms of communication are being implemented, customer satisfaction, relationship building, outcomes of efforts, are goals written in SMART format are they specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable, and timely. I find doing weekly or bi-weekly check ins helpful in seeing progress towards the objectives. How are we aligning with the proposed budget? Are the roles and responsibilities aligned with individuals who match the skill sets needed?
