As an engineer, you are given a task to design an instrumentation system of a district cooling system shown in Figure 6. The system is to measure temperature in the chiller and to control the flow rate of the cooling water through chiller water pump. Design in every aspect to measure chiller's temperature and water flow rate of the cooling system. The design of the measurement system must consist of a system design block diagram, type of sensors, electronic design of the amplification or comparator and the signal conditioning circuit.
