Below is a short outline/narrative of a process but you are encouraged to expand on the detail to substantiate your representation.

Narrative:

A customer places an order with the Pizza place clerk. The clerk records the order which notifies the Pizza Chef who then cooks the ordered food. The clerk processes payment for the pizza and creates the delivery slip which includes the address and receipt for the customer. Once the food is created, the Delivery Person drives the pizza to the customer who confirms receipt of the food. Often, customers call if the pizza doesnt arrive within 40 minutes which triggers a confirmation process on the status of the order. Additionally, customers are asked to evaluate the food after they receive the order with an incentive for a $5.00 off coupon good for an order completed within 7 days from the original order.
