As discussed in the lesson materials, there are significant gender differences in the incidence of conduct disorders among children and adolescents. To explain this difference, students often highlight increased aggressiveness in males compared to females; however, this is only one possible explanation. For this discussion, the class will be divided into three groups to explore alternate explanation for gender differences in the incidence of conduct problems. You will only have access to the posts for your assigned group throughout the week.

Pleasecomplete the following steps:

1. Each student should generate an initial post that explores various alternate explanations for gender differences in conduct problems.
2. You should then review the posts provided by two or three other students. Please select posts that do not yet have two reviews. This way, everyone gets feedback about their initial post. Offer feedback and ask follow-up questions. Don't simply agree/disagree with others - ask questions of others to help them clarify their position. Students should also return to their original post and respond to questions posed by others.
