As I am the project manager for a project which is aimed at improving sales management at an organization, I am responsible for resolving the differences between five profitable and well-positioned client groups.

This type of conflict resolution strategy will reduce the number of quarrels between the groups and make a collaborative solution that advances the mission of the organization.
