As part of a survey, the following questions were asked by a Greenriver College student. Identify the variable in each question as either quantitative or qualitative( categorical) and EXPLAIN why it cannot be the other. For example, if you identify height is quantitative variable , and since height has numbers from which meaningful operations can be derived; for example, one could be 3 inches taller than another person, it cannot be qualitative.
