As part of its accreditation, the Faculty of Business Administration is required to assure that its students

learn according to defined learning goals and learning objectives. This learning is to be demonstrated.

This case describes the process to comply with this quality management accreditation requirement.

Four weeks prior to the start of a semester, the accreditation manager $($AM$)$ uses the defined learning

goals, the learning goal measurement schedule, and the course schedule for the semester to identify

courses for quality assurance. The AM then notifies the instructors. After this, the AM determines the

sample of students for the class to be evaluated and creates a list of students. At the same time, the

instructor requests access to the learning management system $($LMS$)$ for the AM$,$ identifies course

deliverables to measure the learning goals, adds a notice about the quality assurance measurement to

the course syllabus and decides who will measure the learning goals, the choice being either a senior

PhD student in the faculty or the instructor themselves. After the instructor has granted LMS access, the

AM adds the appropriate measurement rubrics on the LMS$.$ After the instructor has identified the

course deliverable and the AM has added the measurement rubrics, the AM attaches the measurement

rubrics to the course deliverable on the LMS$.$ Once that is complete, and the class sample has been
