As part of the course deliverables, you are required to work on a project starting this week until the end of the course. Each week, you will be given specific instructions that you need to follow. The project should address a business problem or a social problem, for which you need to make an informed decision. To do that, the problem needs to be well-defined. Then, you are required to use modeling concepts and analytical techniques that you are learning in the course, and then solve the business/social problem you are working on to find the right course of action to take, as a decision maker responsible for that problem. In the end, you can perform sensitivity analysis to study the uncertainty or the effect of changing certain model parameters on the course of action you have identified. This will allow you to develop a thorough analysis and provide recommendations and managerial insights that decision makers can implement in practice
