As part of your duties as the Manager of Links Neighbourhood Centre you are responsible for the induction and orientation of new staff members. You will be required to provide an overview of the Links Neighbourhood Centre's Diversity and Inclusion Policy (available in Week 4 Additional Resources Folder on Moodle) to the new staff members. The overview will need to include: Purpose of policy Policy statement How diversity and inclusion is fostered Accountability
