As part of your role as an assistant management accountant, you have been asked to prepare a report for Nellie on the strategic and sustainable positioning WB Pty Ltd should pursue. The business wants to ensure that it can maintain its market share by creating barriers to entry into the electric passenger motor vehicle market and ensuring that they remain sustainably viable in the process. There are growing concerns over sourcing enough material to manufacture batteries and also on how the batteries will be disposed of once their useful life has ceased.
