As project manager for ILS's Logistics Service Improvement project, the selection process for members of the project team has begun. The last department for member selection is the loading dock, and they have an ideal candidate who has received the Project Management Institute's Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) designation, and she wants to join the project team.
