Outline the purpose and procedure which should be followed to comply with WHS laws. ii. List the specific documentation etc which must be completed as part of each process and why it is required to meet WHS compliance. iii. Include a sample template for the documentation which you have listed. g. Explain the process which is followed to implement any changes to existing WHS policies and procedures to ensure WHS compliance. (This can be based on your own research or the procedure implemented in your workplace.) h. Detail how the team can access all relevant information related to WHS compliance and their duties, rights and obligations. (e.g. if using the intranet or WHSIS provide an overview of how to access it OR if paper based - where it is located for easy access)
