As team members of Sienna we come to work every day striving to cultivate happiness in daily life. From those of us who provide care and service directly to residents, to those who support those efforts across all three provinces, everyone contributes to our success. And everyone has ideas on how to fulfil our mission to become Canadas most trusted and most loved senior living provider. How can we transform those ideas into action? SPARK is a program for team members from across Sienna to share their ideas for growth and improvement, with the goal of putting the best into action. For each round, a small number of ideas submitted will be piloted, and after an evaluation, the most outstanding ideas will be rewarded with cash prizes. And good news, SPARK is now open year-round with a designated period for judging each year.
