a) Develop a detailed structured handbook on the procedure for:
Staff performance monitoring and Staff performance appraisal that must include:
1. Performance Counselling services that will be needed and,
2. Problem solving techniques
3. Inform staff of expected standards
4. Ensure performance management is open and fair
5. Communicate with staff on performance and performance management issues
6. Provide recognition and rewards for achievements and outstanding performance
7. Identify the need for and organise training for staff improvement
8. Correctly record and file performance management records
b) Structure a new appraisal form that will be used in the interviewing process
c) Supply a timetable for when the appraisals will be conducted to suit staff rosters
