As the CEO, I realize I already implement much of what is mentioned in the CEAI. I give my team time to work creatively, allowing them to develop their ideas so I don't micromanage. Everything is approved by me, but for the most part, my marketing team has their creative freedom. The only aspect of the company I manage closely is the development of the product. I currently do this for my company, but if the CEO of a different company put me in a VP position to improve the products without breaking the budget, I would encourage more employee participation. Letting the employees, who know everything about our product, have time to think creatively will encourage realistic, but impressive new ideas. I would hold brainstorming meetings for employees to bounce ideas off of each other. We turn the employees into intrapreneurs. Reply to above details
