   As the Customer Support Manager in the Fast-Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) sector with the ABC Corporation you are expected to address major grievances of customers from our product line and special delivery.

We all experienced several impediments during Covid - 19 in reference to our customary routines in the workplace which included, not to be present at my regular workplace, limited hours to do the tasks, social distancing and getting half of my remuneration. Thus, our company was not prepared for a sudden workplace transformation with a virtual or e-workplace platform. Our department's goal is to update our expectations and responsibilities to reflect four key elements in our productivity standards which are Safety, Respect, Illustration, and Efficiency.

Human Resources has provided the specific guidelines that must be utilized in the development of the new operative standards. The benchmark will be a total of seven employees with flexible work hours from home and a support desk availability. With increased responsibilities throughout the departments our technical skills must be enhanced due to handling the customers from different segments of products.

Following the four frames Bolman & Deal, use the Company executive board and the mission statement for Structural considerations, HR department for rules and guidelines, power will be structured within the political frame and to create meaning with the symbolic frame of the model.

In this way, you were influenced with latest workplace challenges and new sentiments of our stakeholders. A virtual training was organized for our team members. It has offered us to increase our skills, capabilities and competence level. A team member was expected to get support from other members through virtual tools during covid emergency time. You have initiated a campaign to rate our organization in terms of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) practices and offering selfless services to end users.
