As the lead public health professionals to oversee the Pain Management Program at Mountainview Health Care Facility, groups are tasked with the responsibility of developing and implementing an initiative to accommodate the increasing number of chronic pain cases among residents at the facility. At minimum, groups should thoroughly outline the project implementation principles - strategic planning, assessment, and evaluation - and applied management techniques and/or theories
