As the program director, I would set a meeting with the Diallo family to discuss how the center operates. I'll ask what they are looking for as far as care for Mariana. After I hear their wants, I would proceed to inform them about the center. I'll tell them the monthly cost, how we offer payment plans and take child care. For enrollment, it can be part time or full time, whichever would work for them. To address their concerns about her being attended to, I would breakdown the class process. For our infant class, we have 3 classes which have no more than 10 kids per class. There will be 3 teachers daily, one lead 2 assistants and if someone was to call off a substitute will be in place to ensure that we have enough staff to tend to the babies. I know Julia is breastfeeding so I would assure her that we can still give Mariana breast milk while she's in our care, she'll just have to pump and bring it for us to store. Whatever feeding/sleeping schedule she have at home can be done here also until she get a little older and adjust to
