As the project manager you are required to control the following aspects of a Building Construction Project for a Professional and Theatre Centre.

Identify any checklists, recording sheets, policies/operating procedures statements for the following points:

1. Determine the day labour and sub-contract labour requirements for the project (note: you only have to determine the trade or category of day labour required, not the number of personnel required).
2. Identify factors to consider when checking for day labour availability.
3. Identify how day labour is to be recorded. To include relevant award issues / entitlements.
4. Identify which sub-contractors require hoisting assistance during the performance of the project. Assume all hoisting (cranage only) is provided by the Principal Contractor. Hoisting / lifting by other means (e.g., elevated work platform, duct lifters, etc.), is the sub-contractors responsibility.
5. Identify guidelines to be followed for allowing injured workers to return to work. This is to apply to the Principal Contractor's and sub-contractor's employees.
6. Using a resource schedule identifying which materials the Principal Contractor will be supplying for the project.
