As the world becomes smaller and smaller with international and technological developments in communications, people are becoming more educated about global conditions and are becoming less tolerant of power and authority, especially in cases of abusive power situations. One only has to look to the Middle East or to Washington D.C. or to Wall Street where people in power are being taken to task for abuses of that power and their indiscretions.I am not making a political point.I amencouraging all thoughts about these or other issues you find pertinent to this topic.

The perception of Authority and Power is changing and as stated in this lesson, authority and power come from "acceptance by the people involved".
