As we know, a person's moral values are significant in one's workplace, especially in business, which is the basis of trust among people. So if any suspicious case/scene happens at your workplace, you will be doubtful of that person. In this case, my boss Harry seems to work in his way, which creates doubts for him. Both in computer deals and Harry's house deal raised questions about his ethics, so what should be done in this case? I would have confronted him directly or complained to the HR department, but I know that Harry would get offensive and abusive if now engaged and completely denied my point. The company's code of conduct's clause "conflict of interest" does not comply directly with this situation. So I would report this case to Ethics Hotline, as it is what I can do in my authority
