  • Make the project's Executive Summary.
  • Make the project scope (based on the Unit 1 project charter).
  • Evaluate and identify milestones, including the projected start and end dates.
  • Make a work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Make a data dictionary from the WBS.
  • Make a project schedule using ProjectLibre addressing the following:
    • Use the WBS as the source document; maintain the schedule milestone and the milestone task structure.
    • Define the start and end dates for each task.
    • Set task dependencies.
    • Allocate the task resource name (make assumptions).
  • Make  or draw an activity-on-arrow (AOA) network diagram based on the Project Libre schedule:
    • Identify all of the paths on the network diagram.
    • Identify the critical path, and discuss how long it is.
    • Identify the shortest possible time needed to complete the project.
    • Include a summary of assignment lessons learned (briefly reflect on Unit 1 activities).
