The Managing Director has asked you to prepare a cultural profile as one tool to support the organizations expansion efforts detailing the culture of the proposed location and how the US operations and this new location facility will work together. Your report should include the following topics:
Cultural Profile: Develop an extensive cultural profile of your country which includes your research in the following area:
o Use the Hofstede research you conducted in the Module 3 Discussion to briefly explain the cultural dimensions of the country.
o Discuss the Cultural Predisposition that the company will take regarding operations.
o Discuss any cross-cultural similarities or differences that might arise in the operations or the environment of the new location including two factors necessary for the successful implementation of this expansion effort.
Cultural Communication: Describe any cultural barriers to communication that might occur. Think in terms of high/low-content communication factors related to styles and how communication flows.
Your cultural profile should be 4 pages in word document length.
