As you know from your reading and experience this week, DHCP or Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, is a service to issue IP addresses to client computers in network. You use the DHCP configuration on your Windows 2016 Server to configure and activate a scope and authorize the server so that clients get their dynamic IPs.

The next day, clients are still getting addresses, but you notice that there are errors showing up on client screens about duplicate IP addresses. There is some network functionality, but nowhere near 100%. What would you suspect is going on and what would you do to immediately tackle this problem?
