As you know, the overall goal for this course is the creation of an actual project plan. As the first step in that process, last week you are asked to identify three potential problems, needs, or opportunities that can be used for your project. Second, in order to clearly understand the task, this week you have begun the process of breaking down the project into its component parts and understanding the interrelation of those parts to the eventual solution. A project charter will help you discover and document the beginning of the project.
