Experiments should be performed 3 times for the same analysis on the same sample. The concentration of the cells is 3104cells/cm2 and the volume of cell suspension in each NF is 50L. Each nanofiber is circular with diameter of 12mm. For cell seeding, cell suspension was homogenized carefully mixed 100l of cells with 9.9ml of PBS before counting. Then 50l of cells with 50 ul of trypan blue were mixed. 75 cells were counted in 5 squares of a bemocytometer 1. a) Please set up an experiment by calculating (5pts) 1. i) total sample number 2. ii) total sample volume 3. iii) cell number in each sample 4. iv) cell number in total volume 2. b) What is the concentration of cells in original undiluted culture?
