Ashley Aldrich is CEO of Adams Corporation, Inc. (ACI) in Barco Island, Florida.When Ashley arrived at her office, an item in her inbox from the Vice President of Human Resources caught her eye.It was a notice from the EEOC indicating pending investigations on two matters pertaining to ACI.Jenna Randall, one of the new associates, filed a claim with the EEOC alleging sexual harassment against Craig Cranston, another associate in the firm.The allegations state that during the past three months Craig sent 102 emails to Jenna asking her to go out with him, sent her flowers at the office six times, and went out of his way at least twice a day to compliment her on hair or her outfit.

Ricky Rollins, also an associate at ACI, sent email jokes (including some with offensive comments and sexual innuendo) around the company about Jenna and Craig.Ricky cut and pasted pictures of Jenna's face on the photos of women from the Sports Illustrated bathing suit edition and then posted them on his screensaver and on the bulletin board for all employees to see.
