What are the main project objectives? Are they SMART objectives? Why/Why not?

Feedback

Aayushi

- The financial objective doesn't

seem achievable as the customer base is limited to lead to breakeven and also profit within the second year.

  • The use of capital of 2% of marketing, as to how the allocation is spent? The objective does not seemSMART
  • The use of customer feedback tomodify meals, how often? How will the feedback be received?

Through survey? Need more clarification as to how? Not fully SMART objective

  • The explanation of location seems convenient but no explanation as to which hall torent or the price range?

Adhiraj

Some of their objectives are:

  • they want to get break even pointby 1st semester of 2nd year
  • also reach 20% profit margin
  • make a steady profit by 3rd year
  • create a social media account
  • for advertising they have decidedto use 2% of the capital
  • they are going to be analysing data to optimise the brand andthe menu
  • they are also planning to renthalls in sydney

Ari

  • Quality food at better prices meaning they have to start priceslow and affordable for everyone but to break even in the first year with low prices would be hard?
  • Ghost kitchen where kitchen is not accessible for anyone how to ensure that this kitchen is probably safe and taken care without people seeing?
  • Residing is Silverwater, is the restaurant going to make it during that year? Is the area theright target market for ghost kitchen or just a restaurant in general

Ashila

  • Increase in price is the drive for this project to be done, however, the concept of "ghost kitchen"

may pose a health risk to the customer as customers may prefer transparency into who is making the food and what is in the food.

  • Use ratings as a method of proofing the legitimacy of thequality of the restaurant.
  • The secrecy of the restaurant is shown by only inviting members of the community oncampaigns.
  • Does not provide enough research on the location of thebusiness, shown by "rent any hall".
  • Does not take into account the food preference of it's customer(eg. vegetarian, vegan, halal food.
  • Judges food preferences based on the area that they market theirfood (Silverwater).

Katherine

Fantome Kitchens is a good project with the purpose of quality food at affordable prices.

Sanitation programs need to be considered when you have a project to sell food.

Public liability - Food poisoning.

Nsw Food authority work linked with local councils to ensure the customer is safe.

Creating marketing by social media is a great idea because it reduces the cost for the business marketing area but using 2% in marketing just starting a business is not sufficient in my financial analyst point of view.

Niru

"2% of capital will be used for marketing" is a good point in the marketing objectives.

Renting a hall in Sydney is also a good point to startup with the outlet for the future.

whereas financial objectives are not relevant. I think it could work more specifically than spread everywhere so that budget also could be managed well to increase the profit sooner than in the 3rd year.
