Assessment Description Students are to take on the role of a consulting team that has been hired to run a workshop for a group of middle managers. A PowerPoint Slide Deck to address the following questions in support of the Workshop's Outcomes will need to be developed. The objective of this group presentation is to equip middle managers with a comprehensive understanding of persuasion and influence skills, enabling them to apply these skills effectively in their professional roles. Students will work collaboratively to research, plan, and deliver a persuasion presentation that engages middle managers and provides practical insights. As a result of participating in this workshop, the middle managers will be able to: 1) Understand the difference between how to influence, versus how to persuade. 2) Identify how gender interacts with the concepts of influence and persuasion. Students should develop at least three (3) workshop activities that will support the development of future leadership skills and how they address the areas of persuasion and influence.
