This task will require you to Build and Support Teams.

To complete this task, you need to write two separate emails to your team members who are struggling to cope with change of management and learning to adapt new technology in the workplace.

They both are facing tough time to manage their work priorities.

Email 1 : you need to explain the importance of new technology at workplace and Encourage this individual to develop innovative approaches to work tasks.

E-mail 2: you need to explain the importance of mangement decision and value of changes to build a positive work environment.

In both of your emails, encourage others to adopt business ethics and build their commitment to the organisation.
