Organization: Green Cross Partners- The premier provider of quality medical marijuana recommendations in Michigan. With a team of experienced and knowledgeable physicians specialize in certifying Michigan residents for use of medical cannabis in accordance with Michigan state laws

While interning at Green Cross Partners I had noticed some of my many strengths and weaknesses.

• My strengths
  • Updated marketing campaigns (website, social media, my own business card design, 4/20 raffle)
  • Going into private practice businesses and conversing with their owners (giving our product spiel and asking if I could place our marketing materials in their storefronts)
  • Professional communication with customers
  • Professional communication with our doctors (doctors work under us to sign off on patients to receive a medical card)
• My weaknesses
  • Availability (full-time student, work part-time, duel collegiate athlete, internship)
  • Poor data analysis (wanting to try too many different things instead of stay with what has worked previously)
  • Spreading myself too thin and taking on too many tasks/projects
