Assessment Task 2 is based on an Article "Leadership Challenges at Hewlett-Packard: Through the Looking Glass" (Larcker & Tayan, 2011). Students are required to complete this project by finishing five different tasks. Description of each task is given under the task in detail. Considering themselves as the CEO of HP, they need to explain how they would lead in a transformational manner by modelling and cultivating collaborative thinking. Students are required to provide the understanding of how leaderships have changed during different tenures of the CEOs for organizational change and development.
