Assessment Task: Prepare a report on diversity management

Suppose you are working as a manager in 'Food Fun' restaurant where number of employees are working, belonging to different backgrounds and cultural. They have different opinions and living styles but work together under roof. On the other hand, different people come to the restaurant as a guest with different taste. You deal with them in day to day working and manage the whole work peacefully. The owner of your restaurant wants to know the working of employees in diverse ambience and wants you to prepare a report on diversity management. Your report must include all the necessary information asked your organisation's head related to diversity.

Your report must include:

• Discuss the ways to sketch formal and informal complaints procedures.
• Analyse the methods to encourage the benefits of diversity to others and its policies and procedures at workplace.
• Identify the techniques to implement plans to certify that diversity is understood and respected in the team.
• Discuss the methods to achieve tensions and promote cooperation and admiration between employees.
• Examine the steps to give feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Ways to Recognize and address training needs to address disputes within the team.
• Discuss the ways to support staff to improve the company's products, services and customer relations.
• Classify the methods to summarize ideas and info to boost products and services and contribute to competitive advantage.
• Identify the procedure to support administrative struggles to value diversity.
