Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions model provided dysfunctions that I have encountered multiple times with teams I've been on or apart of.The part that stood out to me the most was Avoidance of accountability. This dysfunction creates multiple problems like low standards, missed deadlines, and teammates arguing.Having this dysfunction will cause the overall goal of the team to be missed and attention to detail to be nonexistent. Being on the school's baseball team and now being the eldest,I see this dysfunction effect us drastically and its one that we have to hit hard and take about constantly. Team members majority of time have to many distractions going on.they might be focused on unnecessary things that makes there mind leave behind the ultimate goal. A lot of times we implement things like no phones or no outside talk. These two simple rules help drastically when it come to focus and getting a job done.To follow up with that dysfunction someone must call upon them when the team member is distracted or not doing what they are supposed to do.1)explain why you agree or disagree2)include comment that expand this thinking, move the conversation forward
