Assign each of these responsibilities to the correct group role:

Ask group members how close they are to achieving their tasks and givereminders about deadlines.

Suggest using listening rounds in order to balance out shy and dominant group members.

Write down all of the agreed tasks including the deadline and the group member responsible.

When conflict arises, try to ease t tension and communicate with individuals to resolve the issue.

Keep mind open for opposing ideas or problems in the decision making process.
