For the purpose of this assignment, you will need to choose an organization that currently faces either an internal or external conflict. While an internal conilict may concern two or more departments within the organization, anextFeenflict may concern the organization and some group within the organization's extermal environment, such as customers, creditors, of govemmental agencies. You can choose the organization from your last assignment or a new one. If you choose a new one, you can find inspiration by reading the latest issues of such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Business Week. You are a consultant who has been hired by a senior member of the organization to research the jecomend conflict at hand and identify a viable solution to it. You will need to specify who within the opine organization gave you the assignment and how long you had to complete it. On the day of your presentation, the person who gave you the assignment as well as representatives of the organizational members involved with the conflict are present. Since audience members hold different views about how the conflict should be resolved, you need to devise a solution that is sensitive to those differences.
