2. Based upon the case and our definition of strategy, describe one business strategy that they should implement based upon their current market.
3. Using the business strategy identified, explain an IT strategy that would support that business strategy.
4. Based upon our definition of operational plan, state one operational planning statements that you think were used to carry out the IT strategy identified in the previous question.
