Assignment 03 - Web Form Design and create a high-fidelity wireframe of a web form that meets the following user requirements. myWay is a new website that gives users update to date bus transit information. Users put in their home and destination address and will receive push notifications if the bus is running on time or late. Information to be collected by the web form: - Name - Email address - Mobile number for push notifications - Home address - School/Work Destination address - Each address will need a "leave by time" in order for the service to work. (How will you ask the user to put in a time? i.e. I need the 8:15 am bus each morning on the way to work and a time for the return trip.) - Email/phone number combination is used to log in and make changes to the bus info. NOTE: Use Visual Paradigm to create the wireframe. Make sure you are using alignment and proximity rules. Think about whether input hints are required for this form. Forms require annotations and some short instructions or information to be given to the user. Neatness counts! Rubric: Grading will be based on the overall presentation of the web form: - Use of alignment \& grid (1pt) - Modular typography scale (1pt) - Labeling (1pt) - Grouping \& task loading (.5pt) - Meeting information collection requirements (.5pt) - Submission of initial design sketches (Visual Paradigm) (1pt)
